Third, there is no puncture in the shrink film. This situation is mainly for the case of the automatic packaging of pof shrink film. When the user’s product needs to be fully packaged, some small holes must be pierced on the surface of the shrink film, so that the gas inside the film can be emitted through the small holes when shrinking, otherwise, When the gas is inside the membrane, the membrane will bulge.
Fourth, the speed does not match. The products contracted by the user are different, the length of the furnace channel is different, the temperature of the furnace is different, and the required conveying speed is also different. This speed does not have a standard value for reference. The main reason is that the customer needs to conduct tests when using it. , Basically, it will have better results. The longer the furnace, the higher the temperature, and the faster the speed, which requires the customer to decide according to their own needs.
Fifth, the quality of the film is too poor, or the width of the selected film is not suitable. The pof shrink film used by the shrink machine needs to meet certain requirements. If the quality of the shrink film is too bad, the effect of shrinking must be bad. Either there are folds or they will burst.
