Pof shrink film has been widely used in the packaging industry. It has the characteristics of high transparency, good gloss, and large shrinkage. However, it may sometimes have insufficient strength during use. Shrink film sealing strength method:

  • 1. During the heat-sealing process, the heat-sealing pressure should be moderate, because uneven pressure may cause air bubbles at the heat-sealing location, affecting the sealing strength.
  • 2. The longer the heat sealing time, the stronger the adhesion between the heat sealing layers, but it is not suitable for too long to avoid wrinkling.

  • 3. When heat sealing the pof shrink film, the temperature needs to be adjusted to the half-melt temperature. Overheating will melt the pof shrink film and affect the use.
