Solutions and precautions:

1. At the front, there is no interface misalignment (running deviation) to master the friction welding operation. If the interface is not fused, you can double-check the interface by double-checking it.

2. If you can’t put it on the bag by hand, or put it on, you will feel very hot. At this time, you don’t have to worry about packing operation. You can also test the temperature with professional test equipment. If you exceed 80°, you can’t. Carry out the baling operation. If you need to quench in a short time, you need to use a large row of fans for air cooling; if you are not in a hurry, you can use natural cooling for a long time. The low temperature package is first hit, and finally the package with high temperature is bundled.

3. Check whether the air source meets the requirements and tighten the tension required by the machine; check the tightening force setting button of the machine to increase the tightening tension of the machine; check whether the package is piled up neatly, and then align it before bundling Package operation; standard packing operation, to put the packing belt on the specified position.
